Banana, Mango & Chia Pud
Breakfast, pudding or mid afternoon snack, our Banana, Mango & Chia Pud is a tasty, nutritious energy boost.
Ingredients:
1 mango
1 banana
2 pitted dates
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
100ml almond or coconut milk
How to make this tasty Pud:
Blend the flesh from the mango and decant a little into the bottom of your dish (we like using shot glasses 50% mango, 50% topping)
Blend the banana with the two dates
Add your chia seeds to the mixture & 100ml milk
Stir intermittendly for 10 minutes and top your mango with the creamy, nutrient bursting mixture
Cover and set in the fridge for 60 minutes
These will keep for a few days in the fridge
