MCT is short for medium chain triglycerides a fat that aids the digestion of CBD when swallowed in capsule form. It is considered one of the best ways of carrying CBD into the bodies system.
Dosage
Its important to begin with a low dose and build up to the amount you feel appropriate.
- Take 1 capsule per day for the first 3 days.
- If needed increase to 2 capsules per day for the following 2 days.
- Slowly Increase as required up to 2 capsules taken 3 times per day.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage or 70mg of CBD per day from all sources.
